How to Set Up Your Loyalty Scheme

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to set up your Loyalty Scheme effectively.
In the navigation bar, click on Loyalty.
Select the Loyalty Scheme you want to configure.
Head to the Sign Up form section and select the link icon for the Stampede Link Builder.
Return to the Dashboard by choosing the Overview option.
Click on the Open Insights icon in the Loyalty Insights section.
Here you will find information on:
Total number of customers
New customers
Redeemed rewards
Points issued
Navigate to the Interaction History, then choose the All button to see the full history.
To check out your rewards, select the All button.
You can also see the enrolled and the interaction history from the navigation bar.
See all your rewards by clicking on All Rewards in the navigation bar.
To see what automations are available, choose Automations from the navigation bar.
Select the Select Link Builder. This is your sign up form.
Customers will need to fill in to gain access to the link builder.
You will need to fill in to gain access to the Loyalty Scheme.
Select the Judicial Passes SP to see how the card will look.
Check the appearance depending on whether your customer is using an Android or an iPhone.
In the settings for the Loyalty Scheme:
Change the name and mark the checkbox if you want the scheme to automatically enroll customers.
Select the brand kit you wish for Loyalty Scheme to be branded with.
Select the venue associated with the scheme.
Set a limit on the loyalty points that can be earned per transaction.
Decide the maximum number of loyalty points that can be accumulated in a single transaction.
Select whether you want to set a limit on loyalty points per customer.
Selecting the referral mode allows you to engage in the referral scheme of this loyalty program.
The referral points you receive will be equal to the points awarded to a customer for referring a friend.
Within the form, choose points for signing up which will be awarded to customers when they register.
Decide whether customers will be charged a fee when they sign up.
Select a call down period to establish a cooling-off period.
Ensure you choose the correct email address for sending loyalty emails.
After completing your updates, hit the update button to save the changes.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Loyalty Scheme.
