Setting Up Loyalty Automations

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to set up loyalty automations.

Step 1: Select the Loyalty Scheme

• Click on the loyalty scheme you want to update.

Step 2: Navigate to Automations

• In the navigation bar, go to Automations.

Step 3: Edit the Automation

• To edit one of the automations, click on the pencil icon.

• Enter the number of loyalty points per interaction.

• Set the time frame for how often users should be awarded loyalty points after each interaction.

• Once you are satisfied, click the Update button.

Step 4: Configure Time Settings

• In the form, click the dropdown next to Mins.

Step 5: Activate the Automation

• Remember to toggle the automation on.

Step 6: Verify Booking Automation

• Now you can see the booking automation, showing it as live with 5 points.

Step 7: Repeat for Reviews and Wi-Fi

• Next, do the same with reviews and Wi-Fi.

Step 8: Final Check on Dashboard

• On the main dashboard, ensure the Wi-Fi automation is toggled to Live.
