How to Generate Extra Table Combinations Automatically

In this guide, we will walk through the process of generating extra table combinations automatically within the Bookings section. Follow the steps below to achieve this:

Step 1: Navigate to Configuration

1. In the Bookings section, scroll down and click on Configuration under Settings.

Step 2: Expand the Combination Section

1. In the navigation bar, expand the Combination section.

2. Select any existing combination and click the plus icon to check if it can be expanded further.

Step 3: Check for Extra Combinations

1. In the Extra Combinations Generations pop-up, you may see a warning message indicating that no more combinations can be created from the current selection.

2. Return to the Combinations section and click the plus icon on the combinations you wish to expand further.

3. Review all possible scenarios and click the Select button for the combination you wish to add.

4. Once satisfied, click the Create tab followed by the Create Combinations button.

Step 4: Activate a Combination

1. Select a combination that is currently deactivated.

2. Click on the Active button to change the combination status to active.

Step 5: Create Inactive Combinations

1. Select the combinations you wish to label as inactive.

2. Selected combinations will be highlighted by a color block around them.

3. Click the Inactive button to change their status.

Step 6: Change Status of All Combinations

1. If you wish to change the status of all combinations, click on the Select All button.
