How to Create and Manage Table Combinations

In this guide, we will walk through the process of creating and managing table combinations in the Bookings section.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Combinations:

   In the Bookings section, click on Combinations.

2. Create a New Combination:

   To create a new combination, click on Create.

3. Enter Table Details:

   • Enter the table name or numbers.

   • In the form, click on the Priority field and select the priority. A higher priority number means this combination will be used first when Stampede allocates tables. A priority of 1 equals the lowest priority.

   • Select the tables that will be in this combination from the drop-down menu.

   • Ensure that the tables have been added correctly.

4. Check Party Size:

   • Verify the maximum party size for this combination.

   • Verify the minimum party size for this combination.

5. Save the Combination:

   Once you're satisfied with the settings, tap the Save button.

6. Create Another Combination:

   To create another combination, repeat the steps above. In the Form section, ensure the tables have been added correctly and select the tables from the drop-down menu. Click on the Add tab to finalize.
