How to Manually Add Points to Your Loyalty Scheme

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to manually add points to your loyalty scheme.

Steps to Add Points

1. Click on the QR code redemption scanner icon in the navigation bar.

2. Select the Loyalty tab in the universal QR scanner.

3. Click on Add Points in the rewards section.

4. Enter the number of points you wish to add in the Points to Add field. For example, enter five or as many as you want.

5. Confirm the points addition.

Giving a Reward

1. If you want to give a reward, choose the one you wish to present.

2. Once you have selected the reward you want to gift, click the Redeem button.

Viewing Past Transactions

1. In the navigation bar, click on History to view past transactions.

Viewing Available Rewards

1. Switch back to the Rewards tab in the navigation bar to view available rewards.
