Managing Users in the Suppression List

In this guide, we will learn how to manage users in the suppression list by adding and removing them.

Steps to Add a User to the Suppression List

  1. In the navigation bar, click on Marketing.

  2. In the Data section, select Segments.

  3. Now choose Suppression.

  4. In the Suppression section, click the plus icon.

  5. In the pop-up window, enter the user's email address.

  6. Click the Suppress User button.

Steps to Remove a User from the Suppression List

  1. Select the bin icon next to the user you wish to remove.

  2. You will then be presented with an Are You Sure pop-up.

  3. Click the Yes button to proceed with removing the user from the suppression list.
