How to Invite a Product User and Manage Venue Access

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to invite a product user and manage their venue access.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Share Option:

    • In the navigation bar, click on Share.

  2. Enter User Details:

    • In the pop-up, enter the email address in the Invite Email field.

  3. Select User Role:

    • Select the relevant permission from the Role drop-down menu.

  4. Authorise Venue Access:

    • Choose the venues that you need to authorize for access.

    • In the Venues pop-up, select the needed venues.

  5. Finalise the Invitation:

    • Once selected, click the Continues button.

    • Now click the Invite Product User button.

  6. Send the Invitation:

    • This will trigger an email to the user's inbox.

    • To get the invite immediately, simply click the Copy button to duplicate the invitation link.

  7. Close the Window:

    • Once completed, click the X to close off the window.
