In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to invite a product user and manage their venue access.
Access the Share Option:
In the navigation bar, click on Share.
Enter User Details:
In the pop-up, enter the email address in the Invite Email field.
Select User Role:
Select the relevant permission from the Role drop-down menu.
Authorise Venue Access:
Choose the venues that you need to authorize for access.
In the Venues pop-up, select the needed venues.
Finalise the Invitation:
Once selected, click the Continues button.
Now click the Invite Product User button.
Send the Invitation:
This will trigger an email to the user's inbox.
To get the invite immediately, simply click the Copy button to duplicate the invitation link.
Close the Window:
Once completed, click the X to close off the window.
By following these steps, you can easily invite a product user and manage their access to different venues.
